REPORT – We went to visit the best driving school in Paris. The reasons for its success? An ideal location, coveted instructors, and above all the passion of its manager for driving.
The best driving school in Paris, Road education objective, avenue de Choisy in the 13th arrondissement, welcomes its customers in a 2-room apartment that looks like an old-fashioned café-theater. A tiny entrance and an adjoining code room make up the voice of director Arnaud Velin. At 35, his banter is such that he can keep you going for thirty minutes on road safety issues. This verve is inseparable from his passion for learning, the first reason for the success of his business. This passion and this rigor have hoisted him up to a 71% success rate on license B*. “I am passionate. The people who come here start from scratch, and together we push them to the permit, it’s motivating. ” The monitor he was six years ago, when he opened the agency on his own, turned into a manager. “I have to, says Arnaud, cutting short to his accountant on the phone, I have six instructors to manage and 300 students per year … I preferred the field, but I really don’t have a choice.”
