Burglar previously attempted to contact Eminem | NOW

The burglar who was arrested last month after being caught by Eminem in his home has been targeting the rapper for some time. TMZ reports that the 26-year-old man also burgled a house in 2019 that he thought Eminem lived there.

The man managed to slip past the rapper’s security last month and throw in a kitchen window. When he entered the house, however, an alarm went off causing Eminem to wake up. The rapper found the burglar in his living room. The security was on site and the man was arrested.

Now it appears that in June 2019 the man was also looking for Marshall Mathers, as Eminem is really called. From a police report held by TMZ turns out that the man first threw a window at a home in Rochester Hills, Michigan. The owner of the house called the police, but the man did not return until the police had left. He said he wanted to speak to “his brother Marshall”.

Then he climbed over the fence of a nearby house and rang the doorbell asking where Eminem was. The resident informed him that the artist no longer lived in the house. The man ran away, but then broke into the second floor. Police later found him hidden under a bed and received a 90-day prison sentence.

He was also fined $ 1,400 for not paying his arrest warrant. After the incident last month, the man has been arrested again and is detained pending trial.
