Building savings has a new number one. Interest is rising

Moneta Stavební spořitelna increases today interest from deposits in the account building savings from one percent to 1.3%. Other parameters remain unchanged. The ProSpření tariff from Moneta is thus becoming the most advantageous building savings on the market, he pointed out web Stavebky.cz. The change only applies to building savings contracts concluded from today.

Moneta convincingly wins over the standard offers of the competition. With a savings of CZK 1,700 per month for a period of six years and taking into account all fees and taxes, we will save a total of CZK 137,204, which means a net interest rate of 3.782%. In other words: if we wanted to achieve the same appreciation on savings account, would have to have an annual interest rate of 4.449% (the difference is given by 15% of the tax on interest income).

Higher yields for building savings can now only be obtained with a special offer Raiffeisen building societies (Under the same conditions as in the example above, a net annual yield of 4.011% is available here). However, it presupposes the simultaneous conclusion of a contract on current account at the nursery Raiffeisenbank and its active use. These are conditions that can be met only by a very specific part of those interested. On the contrary, the nice thing about Moneta’s offer is that it is without any other conditions.

Moneta also surpasses the special offer ČSOB Stavební spořitelny, which offers a thousand crowns premium with the simultaneous closing and active use of the current account with the parent company ČSOB or CZK 500 for obtaining another saver.
