– A bruise was found on the body of a child who died two weeks after birth, and the police urgently arrested the parents and applied for an arrest warrant.
The Jeonbuk Police Agency announced on the 11th that the parents of the deceased child A (24) and B (22, female) were urgently arrested on charges of child abuse and fatality.
They are accused of abusing their children and killing them at an officetel in Iksan where they lived on the night of the 9th.
Mr. A and others reported to 911 after the child lost consciousness. Initially, they stated that the child did not breathe after falling out of bed, but admitted to some of the abuse when a bruise was found on the child’s face during a police investigation.
The police requested an autopsy from the National Institute of Scientific Investigation to reveal the child’s exact cause of death.
