The police agency of Bac Giang province has just issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and a detention order for Tu Minh Toan (64 years old, residing in Lang Giang district) for murder.
During the investigation, the police determined that due to internal conflicts in the family, around 1:30 a.m. on May 27, Tu Minh Toan carried a gas tank and 10 liters of gasoline to climb the wall into his main porch area. His son is Mr. Tu Van Thinh (living in Voi town, Lang Giang district) and then used a lighter to set it on fire.

When the team was preparing to continue burning the horizontal porch area, Thinh’s family discovered and arrested him.
The police force, after receiving the news, promptly arrived at the scene, coordinated with people around to extinguish the fire, so there were no consequences for people.
The case is being investigated and handled by the police in accordance with the law.
