Team of the Code of Ethics Commission Police (KKEP) imposed a two-year relegation sanction against former BA Roprovos Divpropam Polri Frillyan Fitri Rosadi brigadier in connection with the murder case of Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat at the official residence Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.

The KKEP team also imposed sanctions in the form of ethical sanctions, meaning that the offender’s actions were declared shameful. Brigadier Frillyan is also required to apologize verbally to the KKEP and in writing to the National Police Directorate.
“The offender’s obligation to verbally apologize to the Police Code of Ethics Commission and in writing to the police leadership,” Rachmat said.
Brigadier Frillyan accepted the verdict and did not appeal. He immediately read his apology from him before the ethics trial committee.
It is known that Brigadier Frillyan’s name was previously included among the 24 staff members who were transferred to the police headquarters service (Yanma) in connection with the murder of Brigadier Joshua.
The mutation was declared in a secret telegram numbered ST / 1751 / VIII / KEP. / 2022 dated 23 August 2022.
In the case of the murder of Brigadier J, police have so far listed five people as suspects. They are Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Bharada E, Bripka RR and Home Assistant Strong Maruf, as well as Putri Candrawathi who is Sambo’s wife.
The suspects were charged with article 340 relating to the subsidiary premeditated murder of article 338 of the criminal code in conjunction with article 55 of the criminal code in conjunction with article 56 of the criminal code.
In addition, the police also named seven suspects linked to the obstruction of justice in this case. They are Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan, Kombes Agus Nurpatria, AKBP Arif Rahman, Commissioner Baiquni Wibowo, Commissioner Chuck Putranto and AKP Irfan Widyanto.
They are suspected of having violated article 49 in conjunction with article 33 and / or article 48 paragraph (1) in conjunction with article 32 paragraph (1) of ITE law no. 19 of 2016 and / or article 221 paragraph (1) 2 and 233 of the penal code in conjunction with article 55 of the penal code and / or article 56 of the penal code.
