Breitling becomes a co-partner of the Zurich Film Festival

Breitling watches have played notable roles several times on the wrists of famous actors.

Wore as early as 1965 Sean Connery as James Bond in “Thunderball” a timepiece from the traditional Swiss brand. The Hollywood cracks belong to the “Cinema Squad” Brad Pitt, Charlize Theron and Adam Driver to the brand ambassadors of the company.

It is therefore obvious that Breitling also wants to play a role at the Zurich Film Festival. As announced by the festival, Breitling has been won as a new co-partner. In addition, the global brand from Grenchen equips three competition winners with Breitling watches.

“Film and watches have always been closely linked,” says Any Mayer, who, as managing director of Spoundation Motion Pictures, is responsible for the marketing, partnerships and event organization of the ZFF.

Even Georges Kern, CEO of Breitling, cheers: “Breitling with its closeness to film forms a perfect match with the ZFF.” Kern is also delighted that Adam Driver’s latest film “The Last Duel” is celebrating its premiere in German-speaking countries on the 17th ZFF.
