JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Head of International Relations Division The National Police Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte and NCB Secretary Interpol Indonesian Brigadier General (Pol) Nugroho Slamet Wibowo was transferred because of a fugitive polemic Djoko Tjandra.
The mutation was contained in the Chief of Police’s telegram letter number ST / 2076 / VII / Kep / 2020 dated July 17, 2020.
The letter was signed by the Assistant Chief of Police in the field of HR Inspector General Sutrisno Yudi Hermawan on behalf of the National Police Chief General (Pol) Idham Azis.

“Yes, there is a telegram letter. Violation of the code of ethics is mutated,” said National Police Public Relations Division Chief Inspector General Argo Yuwono when contacted on Friday (7/17/2020).
Previously, Nugroho issued letter number B / 186 / V / 2020 / NCB.Div.HI dated May 5, 2020.
The letter was addressed to the Director General of Immigration at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and was signed by Nugroho on behalf of the Head of the International Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police.
Through the letter, Nugroho conveyed the elimination of the red notice for Djoko Tjandra since 2014 because there was no request for an extension from the Attorney General’s Office.
The results of the interim examination revealed Nugroho was suspected of violating the code of ethics.
Argo previously did not explain in detail the violations allegedly committed by Nugroho. He only said there were procedures that were not carried out by Nugroho.
Meanwhile, Napoleon was transferred in connection with the supervision of his subordinates.
“Yes (related to Djoko Tjandra), negligence in the supervision of staff,” he said.
In the letter, Napoleon was transferred as the Principal Policy Analyst of the National Police Itwasum.

His replacement as Kadiv Hubinter Polri was Brig. Gen. (Pol) Johanis Asadoma, who previously served as the Deputy Chief of NTT.
Meanwhile, Nugroho was transferred to become the Main Policy Analyst of the National Police Education and Training Center.
Kadiklatsusjatrans Lemdiklat Polri Brigjen (Pol) Amur Chandra Juli Buana will fill Nugroho’s position.
