According to the news of the İHA, when he wanted to enter, the hospital security guard Ali Terzioğlu warned SY that they did not take any companions to the hospital due to pandemic measures and said that he should enter the hospital alone. After SY treatment, who did not leave the hospital despite the warnings, he took his brother and relatives with him and battered the security guard and the doctor with iron bars.
3 HOURS LATER HEALTHY WORKERS WERE COMING WITH THEIR RELATIVES

DAMAGED BY GIVING WARNING ON PANDEMIC MEASURES
After the incident, Op. Dr. Ufuk Şenel and all hospital personnel gathered in front of the hospital and protested the attack. Describing the attack, Şenel said, “One of our patients comes to our hospital yesterday morning to be examined with his wife. In line with the Covid-19 precautions and the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the Scientific Committee, we do not take the relatives of the patients in our hospital and we help as hospital staff.
Our security officer conveys this rule to the relatives of the patient. But the patient’s relative does not want to accept this and somehow enters the hospital. We want to speed up the process with our doctor friends and send the patient quickly. After the patient finishes his job, he leaves our hospital threatening in some way. Approximately 2-3 hours later, they took 5-6 people with them and entered the hospital en masse and attacked our security guard with metal sticks. And they cause the brain shoulder to come out, Ali said.

Stating that they declared code white after the attack, Şenel said, “As the white code team, Sinan and I, when we arrived at the scene, the people were continuing their frenzy. We took them outside in order not to block the entrance to the emergency room, but they continued their frenzy. And when they attacked us again, one of the persons hit my nose and various parts of it, causing my nose to break. Our security guard’s shoulder was dislocated, we underwent surgery and his shoulder was treated with anesthesia. He has been reported for about 20 days ”.
DEMOLISHED THE EMPLOYEES BY DISCHARGING THE HOSPITAL IRON
Explaining that the attackers hit themselves by removing the iron railings at the entrance of the hospital, Op. Dr. Şenel said, “They gather their siblings, whom we learned later, and come in an organized manner. They attack the security guard by removing the metal protection bars at the entrance of our hospital. Later, they attacked us in large numbers outside. Images also available on security cameras. We also forwarded them to the necessary judicial units. The individuals were detained, we are waiting for the decisions ”.
Stating that such attacks discourage healthcare professionals from working, Şenel said, “A serious struggle is being carried out under the leadership of the Ministry of Health during the pandemic process. While we expect our people and all institutions to help us, we would like to condemn such incidents that discourage us from working.
We do not want to encounter these events either. We are doing this action on behalf of all healthcare professionals. Otherwise, tomorrow, we will face the same sadness when another friend or another health officer of ours faces these incidents ”.

The moment of the attack was reflected on the security camera of the hospital. SY security guards from the hospital are warned by the images. SY, who does not heed the warnings, goes out after his treatment in the hospital and comes back to the hospital with his relatives after a while. The crowd who dismantled the iron in front of the hospital battered the security guard and the doctor who tried to get him out.
they ARRESTED
Three people named SY and his brother DY and EY were detained by the police teams that started an investigation into the incident. The persons were transferred to the Körfez Courthouse after their procedures were completed in security. While it was decided to arrest SY and DY, who were brought before the judge, EY was released on condition of judicial control.
