Taksol Killer Shot Dead, Victim’s Wife Says Thank You
TRIBUN-MEDAN.com, MEDAN – IGL (43) died after being given a measurable decisive action by the police. IGL is the perpetrator of the murder of an online taxi driver (Taksol) who was found on the side of Jalan Speksi Kanal, Titikuning Village, Medan Johor District on Wednesday (1/12/2021) early this morning.
The victim, identified as M Idris (42), a resident of Jalan TB Simatupang Gg Abadi Sunggal, Medan City, was found dead after being checked by the perpetrator.
Meanwhile, according to the police statement when revealing the case at the Medan Police Headquarters, IGL itself is a narcotics case recidivist.
Prior to carrying out the robbery and murder, IGL was said to have used methamphetamine.
“We managed to apprehend the perpetrator and when he was arrested he resisted so he was given strict action. After being shot, our officers took him to the hospital, but the perpetrator’s life was not saved,” explained Medan Police Chief, Kombes Riko Sunarko, Thursday (2/12/2021).
In the disclosure of the case, the police present the victim’s wife, Afika.
The woman who wears a green hijab also expressed her gratitude for the success of the police who revealed the perpetrator.
“I am the wife of the victim, I thank the police who managed to catch the perpetrator,” he explained.
Meanwhile, when interviewed, Afika explained that there was a last message from her husband.
