According to the information received by the AA reporter, within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office regarding the irregularities in the 2011 KPSS, the second operation was carried out in 40 provinces simultaneously in the early hours of the morning in the studies to capture the suspects who were found to have leaked questions.
The teams of Ankara Police Department Anti-Financial Crimes Branch, who took action to capture 100 suspects, who were given a custody order, raided the previously determined addresses. 50 suspects were detained in the operation.
It was determined that 16 of the suspects who were given a custody order were detained from another file, 22 of them were sought from different investigations and fled abroad illegally. Efforts are underway to capture 12 fugitive suspects.

The statements of the suspects, who were caught earlier in the exam investigations and shared their knowledge with the investigative units by taking advantage of the effective repentance provisions, played a major role in the detection of new suspects.
On the other hand, the statements of the confessors, including FETÖ ringleader Fethullah Gülen’s nephew Muhammet Sait Gülen, revealed how the terrorist organization leaked questions and deceived the members to relieve their conscience.
In order to convince the people that the organization managers gave the questions in the confessions, “This is a blessing of service to you, you are not doing anything wrong, people like you should be in better places. You are very tired in institutions, you have to work in places that can serve better and find more time.” The expressions in the form were also recorded.
ALL OF THE SUSPECTED PEOPLE ARE DEADLY IN OTHER EXAM INVESTIGATIONS
The studies of the teams of the Fight Against Financial Crimes Branch, which organized the examination operations, revealed that those who were detained in the last operation were also suspects in the KPSS, KPDS, ALES and YDS exams in 2010-2014.
In the studies, it was determined that 61 of the 100 suspects in the target of the operation, including 14 private imams, were also suspects of the 2010 KPSS investigation.
It was learned that among the detainees was Sahure Öksüz, who was caught as part of the 2010 KPSS investigation and known as the wife of the cousin of FETÖ fugitive Adil Öksüz.

83 PEOPLE WERE DETENTED AT THE FIRST OPERATION
As part of the 2011 KPSS investigation, 83 of the 122 suspects, who were detained, were detained in the operation organized by the teams of the Fight Against Financial Crimes Branch on 15 November 2019.
13 of the suspects benefited from effective repentance provisions, 8 of the 70 suspects who were transferred to the courthouse after their actions at the police station were arrested, and a judicial control decision was made for 62 of them.
