The finca is located in the northeastern part of the Mallorcan island near the small town of Artà and, according to the report, is now owned by the private bank “Arbuthnot Latham”. Unfortunately, no purchase price was paid because only a change of ownership took place.
Now the private bank is in the land register that gave the tennis star the mortgage for the property in the late 1990s. So far it is not known what the bank is planning with Boris’ property. At least it’s not for sale at the moment. Originally wanted Boris with his first wife Barbara Becker (54) build a luxury home there. In the meantime, however, the finca is in dire need of renovation and is currently worth less than 5 million euros.
