Blessd Criticized for Lavish Birthday Celebration – Throwing $1 Bills at Nightclub in Miami

This January 27, the singer Blessd was celebrating his 24th birthday at a nightclub, apparently in Miami, United States. He was with his good friend Ryan Castro and they posted a video showing that they were spending a wad of bills and throwing them into the air.

However, they did not expect that they would become quite criticized for this action.

This short clip was published on Blessd’s Instagram stories and you can see the singers playing with wads of dollars, and even throwing some bills on the ground. Although the video is no longer available on the singer’s profile, several Internet users replicated it on different entertainment accounts.

Several social media users criticized the singers for showing off their money, because for some the artists are “ostentatious and presumptuous.”

Some people not only criticized the extravagance of the act, but also began to talk about the denomination of the bills, since it was possible to see that the first bill in the bundle was a dollar.

However, some of their followers defended them, commenting that they can do whatever they want, since they have worked hard to obtain that money and thanks to their perseverance they went from having nothing to having everything.
