This Tuesday, The voice published that the plaintiff’s lawyer for Blas’s parents, Alejandro Pérez Moreno, precisely demanded the extension of the accusation to the policemen for the attempted qualified and aggravated homicide of the other four young people.

Pérez Moreno has also been fighting for the entire episode to be investigated, from the beginning of an alleged incident of the boys with a cyclist or motorcyclist, to the discovery of a weapon that the police say was found meters from the place of the police shooting .

In turn, the lawyer who advises one of the young men who came out safe and sound from the shooting, Julio Herrera Martínez, assured this Monday that “the boys did not evade two checkpoints nor was there any police pursuit.” The lawyer added that the adolescents were “riddled” by policemen Alarcón and Gómez.

Herrera Martínez was blunt: “Let it be absolutely clear that the vehicle in which the minors were driving tried to evade the control provided on Vélez Sarsfield avenue and immediately and a few meters after having crossed it, they were shot without any reason or justification.”
