Party Media Approval Analysis of Nucleic Acid Testing Companies: Can the CCP Launch a Scapegoat | CCP Party Media | Nuclear Huaxi | Nuclear gene

[The Epoch Times, 4 dicembre 2022](Interview and report by Epoch Times Special Department reporters Chu Hanshi and Yi Fan)Nucleic acid amplification testEnterprises are making a lot of money under the continuing epidemic situation, and the CCP media has unleashed a wave of criticism against the nucleic acid testing companies. Analysts believe it may be preparing to clean up the chain of interests behind it, while at the same time taking the opportunity to divert public attention.

On November 29, the CCP spokesman People’s Daily published a comment on the health side: “The nucleic acid chaos continues, and the epidemic will never be peaceful.”Nucleic acid amplification testimpostor.

The article said that nucleic acid test results are the key basis for determining epidemic prevention measures, but with the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, numerous nucleic acid test companies have emerged as the times call for and various riots occurred during the test delivery.

The article also listed the cases of fraud of ten nucleic acid testing institutes in seven provinces and said that these false test reports could not only lead to the spread of the epidemic, but also cause the tests to last for several months and even close a city, so “soft codes can’t stop the chaos”.

to existCommunist Party of China mediaAt the same time as the above arguments were being made, the entire Chinese Internet was reporting a nucleic acid testing company that had a recent accident: Lanzhou, Gansu ProvinceHuaxi NuclearTesting Laboratory and its parent company Shenzhennucleon geneTechnology Co., Ltd. As of November 29, the relevant information has been viewed more than 1 billion times on Chinese social media Weibo.

The so-called cause of the accident was a recent failure of Lanzhou Nuclear Huaxi. According to a report of the Lanzhou Municipal Sanitary and Sanitary Commission on November 25, the personnel of Lanzhou Nuclear Huaxi mistakenly entered the information of negative personnel in the positive personnel list and uploaded it to the job system, resulting in incorrect transfers in the local area.

Under the continuous digging from all walks of life, public opinion has raised doubts about several aspects. First, Lanzhou Nuclear Huaxi was only established on August 8 this year. How can a company that has just been established for three months get the nucleic acid testing business in Lanzhou? Secondly, the Huaxi nuclear laboratories in various parts of China have had frequent accidents during the test period of more than two years, not only have they not received any punishment, but have they become bigger and bigger?

According to a Nov. 29 report by China’s “Health Times,” Nuclear Huaxi and its laboratories violated regulations 10 times during the outbreak. It was first notified on April 14, 2020, and the reason for the infringement was “failure to place infected medical waste in special packaging”. Subsequently, there were “falsified test results”, “falsified medical documents”, “report reviewer does not match the actual reviewer”, “using non-technical personnel to work”, etc. The problems are different every time.

However, Hezi Huaxi received relatively minor penalties each time. Punishment measures include “reprimand”, “correction within a time limit”, “severe punishment” or a fine of several thousand to tens of thousands of yuan, with a fine maximum of 50,000 yuan (about $7,000). Nuclear Huaxi has never been sued.

According to statistics, the parent company of Nuclear Huaxinucleon gene, directly or indirectly own at least 37 medical laboratory companies, 26 of which were formed after the epidemic. Over the past three months in particular, Nucleon Gene has added 13 new test institutes.

The most puzzling thing is that every time the nuclear genetic testing company registered in one place, the epidemic broke out in that place not long after.

For example, Hefei Nuclear Huaxi in Anhui Province was established in September, and an epidemic occurred in Hefei in October; Beijing Nuclear Huaxi was established on September 29, and the epidemic situation in Beijing has gradually increased since October, and the number increased in early November; Dalian Nuclear Huaxi in Liaoning Province Recorded on October 14, and as of November 24, 67 new cases of new crowns have been added every day in Dalian; On October 21, the Taiyuan Huaxi Core in Shanxi Province was established, and the epidemic began to occur in Taiyuan on November 19; Xining, Qinghai Province Nuclear Huaxi was established on November 12, and the number of confirmed cases in Xining increased rapidly shortly thereafter.

Regarding the above-mentioned issues, the Epoch Times reporter made multiple calls to the Nuclear Genome official website, but no one answered.

The complex chain of interests behind the nucleic acid industry

Under the CCP’s strict epidemic prevention, the city shutdown and the nucleic acid test of all employees complement each other. In the future, the CCP may develop the epidemic prevention method into “acid test normalized nucleic”. Therefore, in the past three years since the outbreak of the epidemic, although all industries in China have been depressed, the nucleic acid industry has flourished.

China’s investment platform Gelonghui cited statistical data that in the first three quarters of this year, 109 listed companies with the concept of “detection of the novel coronavirus (PCC virus)” recorded a total net profit of about 85.429 billion yuan (about 12.2 billion US dollars), an increase of about 33.69%.

At the same time, the number of companies doing nucleic acid testing has skyrocketed. According to data from the Clinical Laboratory Center of the National Health Commission of the Communist Party of China, the number of nucleic acid testing laboratories in China increased from 2,081 in March 2020 to 13,100 in April 2022, a six-fold increase.

It’s not like the registered test company will have business right away, at least on the surface it has to go through three steps. Nucleic acid testing companies must first have a local administrative license, second, they must be selected for the list of government-approved third-party nucleic acid testing institutes, and finally, they must bid and advertise . Behind implies complex relationships of interest.

In just a few months, more than ten nuclear gene-testing companies have expanded, most of which are located in China’s provincial capitals, and are still in business. Li Yanming, an expert on Chinese affairs in the United States and a political commentator, told The Epoch Times on Dec. 2 that the political power behind it far exceeds that of a single province or city, but that there is central oversight of health and epidemic prevention agencies (the National Health Commission of the Communist Party of China and the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention) ).

Li Yanming said that the CCP’s health care and epidemic prevention system and medical manufacturing and industry system have long been controlled by the Shanghai faction of Jiang Mianheng (the eldest son of former CCP leader Jiang Zemin whose death has just been reported). Since Jiang Zemin’s era, all health ministers (except Wu Yi, who served for a short time) have had close ties to Jiang’s faction. Chen Zhu, current health minister of the Communist Party of China, was promoted by Jiang Zemin to vice president of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2000.

Li Yanming analyzed that,Communist Party of China mediaThe wave of criticism of nucleic acid testing companies could be a harbinger of cleaning up the medical and healthcare systems. In particular, Jiang Zemin has just died, which could lead to variables in the fate of Jiang Mianheng and other big heads of the medical and health system.

In addition, Li Yanming believes that the CCP’s expulsion of nucleic acid testing companies at this time has another meaning, that is, when the “white paper movement” is surging, urgently throw awayscapegoatthus transmitting the crisis.

On the evening of November 27, protests broke out simultaneously in at least a dozen cities in China against the CCP’s epidemic lockdown. A large number of protesters were holding blank papers, and in some cities they even shouted the slogan “Resignation of the Communist Party”. As the “White Paper Movement” spread in China, it quickly gained the support of Chinese around the world. At present, the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand have all responded, causing panic in the CCP .
