Mayor of Bogor Bima Arya consider retracting the top police report UMMI Hospital (RS) related to the swab test Habib Rizieq Syihab (HRS). The police confirmed that the report could not be withdrawn.
“Yes, I will explain, that the report cannot be withdrawn. It is not under the complaint. Pak Bima must understand that. It is not a complaint, it is a pure crime, it cannot be revoked,” said Bogor City Police Chief Kombes Hendri Fiuser, when contacted on Sunday ( 29/11/2020).
Hendri admitted that he was surprised by Bima who wanted to withdraw the Bogor City COVID-19 Task Force report. He explained that the police would continue to carry out investigations even though the report to the UMMI Hospital was withdrawn.
“Now my question is why the Bogor City Government has withdrawn? That’s the task force, the task force is not the Bogor City Government. The task force belongs to the government. No, it is not an individual, (not) an individual case,” he continued.
“This is the case of the COVID task force, I see. So in my opinion, it is not right, and it is not right that it can be revoked. There are no rules that can be revoked. Later if it is revoked (the report) shows that it is increasingly not understanding the rules,” he said.
