Chynna Phillips, the wife of actor Billy Baldwin, recently took to Instagram to share a thought-provoking message about perspectives. This comes amidst the ongoing controversy surrounding Sharon Stone’s allegations against producer Robert Evans, claiming that he had encouraged her to sleep with Baldwin during the making of the 1993 film “Sliver.”
A Cryptic Instagram Post
Chynna Phillips, 56, shared a post on Instagram with the caption “perspectives” that featured a quote by the late pastor Tim Keller. Along with the quote, Phillips also included several Bible-related hashtags.
Stone’s Allegations
In a recent interview with the “Louis Theroux Podcast,” Sharon Stone, 66, shared her experience with Evans. She recounted a meeting in his office where he suggested that she sleep with Baldwin in hopes that it would improve his performance in the film. Stone declined the request and later found herself being blamed for the film’s shortcomings.
Stone, famous for her distinct roles in movies such as “Basic Instinct,” bravely opened up about this incident for the first time in her 2021 memoir, “The Beauty of Living Twice.”
Baldwin’s Response
Billy Baldwin, brother of actor Alec Baldwin and husband of Chynna Phillips, took to his preferred social media platform and expressed his anger towards Stone’s allegations. Baldwin questioned why Stone continues to talk about him years later, and even suggested that he has damaging information about her that could shatter her reputation.
Stone has yet to respond to Baldwin’s remarks.
