Hours earlier, a Biden administration official denounced Putin’s decision to declare martial law in the occupied territories of Ukraine a sign of “desperate tactics”.
“Politico” wrote that US officials are taking steps to ensure that Biden and Putin do not meet at the G-20 summit even in the corridor.
