The 4×6 km mixed relay race is the penultimate race in Nové Město na Moravě, as part of this year’s World Cup stop. The Czech team started in an interesting line-up, with Mikuláš Karlík in the third section. Only with the number 14 will an interestingly assembled Czech team set out on the New Town circuit for today’s introductory race. Coaches Rybář and Gjelland will send Jessica Jislová, Markéta Davidová, Mikuláš Karlík and Michal Krčmáře to the mixed relay. Especially for Karlík, after a very successful fighter, it will be another baptism by fire.
But we have to look elsewhere for the biggest favorites. Norwegians use practically the strongest. The Boe brothers and the leading pair in the overall standings of the Women’s World Cup – Eckhoff, Røiseland. At the same time, this set could also be an ALL-STARS selection of the whole world, not only the Norwegian national team for this race.
The biggest aspirants for the triumph should traditionally be flooded mainly by the groups of France, Germany and Sweden. The race starts at 10:25.
