Beyoncé and Taylor Swift dominate Grammy Awards | NOW

Due to the corona crisis, the presentation of the American Grammy Awards looked different than usual this year. Only the performers and nominees were welcome to the show on Sunday. The presentation of the music awards was dominated by women.

Taylor Swift was nominated for six Grammy Awards. With Folklore she won the prize for the best album of the year. This makes her the first woman to win this award three times.

Beyoncé was seen as the biggest contender this year. The singer received no fewer than nine nominations. She won two individual awards (best R&B performance and best video clip) and two more awards together with Megan Thee Stallion. This has made the singer the most awarded female Grammy winner ever.

Along with her nine-year-old daughter Blue Ivy, SAINt JHN and Wizkid, Beyoncé won the Grammy for best music video for the song Brown Skin Girl. The award was announced before the official 63rd Grammy Awards ceremony began on Sunday evening.

Billie Eilish and HER also won prizes
