It is about the product “Beerenmix, 750g” with the best before date 05.08.2022 and lot number E19-1780 / 20000-007. As the company announced, it cannot be ruled out that the affected product contains noroviruses.

Noroviruses cause acute vomiting diarrhea in people of all ages, which can lead to significant fluid loss. In infants, toddlers, pregnant women and the elderly and sick, the diseases can also be severe. Due to the possible health hazard, customers should pay attention to the recall and not consume the product.

Almost all Lidl branches affected

The affected product was sold by Lidl in all federal states with the exception of Berlin, Bremen and Saarland. For reasons of consistent consumer protection, Lidl reacted immediately and removed the affected product from sale. It can be returned in all branches of the discounter.
