Gusti Ayu Dewanti aka Dea OnlyFans was named a suspect in the case of pornography and ITE. Dea OnlyFans admitted to having made the pornographic content.
“Our client admits that everything is related to what is in the video, who made the video indeed all of them are Dea. But it’s not our portion, our authority is to justify or blame someone’s treatment, let the procedure answer later,” explained Dea’s attorney, Abdillah to journalists at Polda Metro Jaya, Jakarta, Monday (28/3/2022).
Abdillah said Dea would be cooperative. give will abide by and comply with applicable legal procedures.
“We will respect all existing legal processes in accordance with applicable legislation,” he said.
Abdillah further said that his party appreciated the police who gave Dea a suspension of detention. Dea OnlyFans are not detained and are only subject to mandatory reporting in this case.
“We as lawyers also want to say to the police who have been very helpful in solving this problem and can accept our reasons related to the suspension of the detention of our client,” he said.
Dea Only Spreads Porn Content on OnlyFans
Although Dea admitted that he had made the pornographic content, according to Abdillah, his client only uploaded it to OnlyFans which was private.
“Essentially, we as lawyers see that there is a very big gray zone in the midst of this problem, related to OnlyFans itself,” said Abdillah.
According to Abdillah, Dea only uploaded the pornographic content on Facebook OnlyFans situs site. Which, OnlyFans itself is not recognized in Indonesia.
“Because we see the intention, purpose and intent of our clients to upload that content is specific to one content (platform) whose name is OnlyFans. Onlyfans itself is not regulated, not recognized and serverIt doesn’t exist in Indonesia,” said Abdillah.
According to him again, Dea is trying to put sexy photos of herself ‘in the right place’, namely on the OnlyFans site.
“So we see that there is an effort from our client not to put the content in the right place, a container that is in accordance with the portion. On that platform, it is allowed to have immoral content,” explained Abdillah.
Furthermore, Abdillah said that the site OnlyFans private. In his opinion, OnlyFans cannot be accessed by everyone if not member.
“Then it should be remembered that OnlyFans is not something that is public in nature, it is very private, it cannot be accessed by everyone. So in the context of the public itself, in our opinion, the public can be accessed and consumed by the general public without exception,” he continued.
