Reality TV star Bam Margera surrendered to the police on assault and terroristic threats charges after his brother accused him of assaulting him at their home in Chester County. Margera has been charged with simple assault, harassment, and four counts of making terroristic threats. According to court documents, Margera allegedly punched his brother in the eye, nose, and ear after pounding and kicking his locked bedroom door. He then fled on foot before troopers arrived at the scene. Margera’s attorney has dismissed the allegations against his client, emphasizing that he is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Margera faces a preliminary hearing in May, and the police are investigating the case.
