Scott Robertson, the future head coach of the All Blacks, has announced his backroom staff, including former Munster player and coach Jason Holland and current Super Rugby boss Leon MacDonald. Robertson, who led the Canterbury Crusaders to six straight Super Rugby titles, will replace Ian Foster as head coach from next year. Holland and MacDonald will join him together with Scott Hansen, Robertson’s current assistant with the Crusaders. MacDonald will organize the All Blacks’ attack with assistance from Holland, while Hansen will be in charge of defense. Incumbent forwards coach Jason Ryan and head of performance Nic Gill will also stay on. The All Blacks will take up their roles in 2024.
