Pecco Bagnaia who rides a Ducati admits that he is confused by the appearance he shows in MotoGP Mandalika.
Bagnaia was only able to end the race at the Mandalika MotoGP in 15th position. The achievement of one point became Bagnaia’s first point in MotoGP 2022.
“I’m so disappointed, for two weeks in a row. We were only able to get two points in two weeks.”
“During the warm-up session [dengan menggunakan ban lintasan kering], I’m in 11th place but have competitive pace. I was ready to fight Fabio again because I had good faith, but it turned out to be the complete opposite. So it’s a difficult situation,” Bagnaia said Crash.
In the racing session on the wet track, Bagnaia felt unable to keep up with the speed of other racers.
“I really have a lot of questions about my race. Because it was really strange when in the Malaysia test I felt good on the wet track, on the first test day in Mandalika I also felt great.”
“And it turns out, at the time of the race I was really struggling from the start. Since the first braking, I already felt strange,” said Bagnaia.
Bagnaia admitted that he had to work hard during the race and could not feel the maximum potential of his Ducati Desmosedici motorbike.
“I lost a lot of positions. When I was trying to get on the bike, I lost control of the front tyre.”
