A child becomes the only child to survive a massacre in a kindergarten Thailand. He survived because he was sleeping under a blanket in the corner of the room when the attack occurred.
Reported by Reuters, Monday (10/10/2022), the only surviving child is known as Pavenut Supolwong, who has a nickname Emmy or Amy. Emmy’s parents mentioned Emmy like a baby who usually wakes up easily during sleep.
However, during the nap on Thursday (6/10) last week, when the writers launched a brutal attack, Emmy fell soundly asleep.

The three-year-old fell asleep with the blanket covering his face. The blanket had saved his life.
Emmy is the only child who survived a brutal attack on a nursery school in Uthai Sawan, Nong Bua Lamphu province.
“I was surprised. I felt for the rest of the family too … I’m glad my son is safe. My feelings are mixed with sadness and gratitude,” said Emmy’s mother, Panompai Sithong.
