Divorce lawsuit Ririe Fairus to Ayus Sabyan granted by the North Jakarta Religious Court. Ayus Sabyan and Ririe Fairus are officially divorced.
The divorce hearing was on the agenda of witnesses from Ririe Fairus’ sister. In the divorce hearing, Ayus Sabyan was again absent. The panel of judges eventually expedited the conference until it was finally declared verstek.
“The trial is over, it’s officially divorced today. (Yes) verstek,” said Ririe Fairus when met at the North Jakarta Religious Court, Koja District, North Jakarta, Wednesday (24/3/2021).
Ririe Fairus doesn’t know why Ayus Sabyan strong did not attend the divorce hearing. Even so, Ririe Fairus is thankful that her trial with Ayus Sabyan is finally over as well.
“I don’t know, I didn’t communicate until I had to ask why I didn’t come,” he added Ririe Fairus.
Being officially a widow is certainly not an easy thing for Ririe Faris. However, he asked for the best in living his new life.
“Yes, if I still ask for the best, maybe if this is already the way I will have accepted it,” said Ririe Fairus.
As for child custody, it certainly falls into the hands of Ririe Fairus. Because her two children are still underage.
Ririe Fairus also did not question the court’s decision. Because, he and Ayus Sabyan have agreed to separate amicably by raising their two children together.
“The separation is good, so there is no problem with that,” he said Ririe Fairus.
Regarding alimony, Ririe Fairus said Ayus Sabyan will still give according to his ability.
“Still (give alimony), because the separation here is in good condition. The children (also) are free to meet flexibly,” concluded Ririe Fairus.
Divorce Ayus Sabyan and Ririe Fairus reportedly because of a third person. Ayus Sabyan was accused of having an affair with his work partner, Nissa Sabyan.
