After an attempted robbery on Monday evening (14th) yesterday at a supermarket in Landgrafenring (30 house numbers) in Offenbach, the criminal police are asking for information.
Shortly before 9:30 p.m., a 30 to 40-year-old man, 1.80 to 1.90 meters tall, entered the shop and, pointing an irritant spray device at him, asked for cash to be handed over. When this was denied to him, he fled without booty. The perpetrator was bald and is said to have been masked with a plastic bag. He wore black shoes, black pants, a gray T-shirt and a blue hoodie. He also carried a bag with him.
