The governor of the United States of New York, Andrew Cuomo, described as “an act

The attack comes amid mounting anti-Semitic attacks in the United States. The county of Rockland, where Monsey is located, is the one with the highest proportion of Jewish population in the United States, with 90,000 people or 31.4%.
