Aston Martin’s New Factory Construction Update: Silverstone Facility to Feature State-of-the-Art Facilities and Sustainability Focus

Aston Martin continues construction of its new factory in Silverstone.

Aston Martin is working on the construction of a new factory of approximately 37,000 m², which is expected to be completed in the third quarter of next year.

Buildings 1 and 3 were built first. Then the old factory was demolished and building number 2 is being built in its place.

The second building will house facilities for employees as well as a new simulator.

Intensive work is also underway on building three, where there will be a new wind tunnel. It should be ready around September 2024. At the same time, Aston also wants to complete the second building. It has also grown into a gym, where employees will be able to take a moment to clear their minds.

Aston Martin is already planning to open office space for its employees as soon as possible and has also ordered solar panels to produce half a megawatt of electricity.

Sustainability and the environment are a big priority. For example, Aston Martin made sure that the trucks did not damage the roots of the trees around the construction site.
