ERfA is a non-profit association and offers various temporary working time models, from occasional hourly employment to fully insured transit jobs. Meaningful work, socio-educational support and psychosocial counseling support people in the process of integration into working life.
Low-threshold employment
An approach that is as unbureaucratic as possible enables entry into primarily marginal employment and into work areas that correspond to the skills, possibilities and resources of the participants.

Social workshop (settlements, clearing out, transport services, acceptance and dispensing of donations, warehouse work, auxiliary work)
