The Public Prosecutor listened to the statements of the father, mother, and aunt of the child who confessed to accompanying their daughter to perform a circumcision, not a plastic surgery, and that their child died inside the clinic.
In the same context, initial reports of forensic medicine indicated that the case was circumcision, not a plastic surgery as the doctor claims, where there is a clearing of part of the clitoris and that the child is 12 years old, and the operation was carried out without the presence of an anesthesiologist or nursing doctor as well as the presence of tools used in the incident and was guarded Also, the doctor is not a surgeon, but a gynecologist and obstetrician.
