The man who went viral because of masturbation in KRL secured by TransJakarta officers at the Grogol Bus Stop, West Jakarta. The perpetrator was then taken to the police and is now being held at the South Jakarta Metro Police.
“It has been secured at the South Jakarta Police,” said South Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit Head AKBP Ridwan Soplanit when contacted, Saturday (9/7/2022).
The perpetrator was initially arrested by officers TransJakarta at the Grogol Stop. The TransJakarta team then handed over the perpetrators to the police in West Jakarta, then transferred them to the South Jakarta Police.

Ridwan said the perpetrator is currently still undergoing intensive examination. The perpetrator is currently in detention.
“That’s right,” said Ridwan. He answered a question whether the perpetrator was currently in custody.
Ridwan has not yet detailed the reason for the police to detain the perpetrators. He said the masturbation case that the man had done would be followed up by a legal process.
“The legal process will be followed up,” said Ridwan.
Arrested by TransJakarta Team
The man who went viral for masturbating on the KRL was secured by the team TransJakarta at the Grogol Bus Stop, West Jakarta (West Jakarta). The man will be barred from boarding the TransJakarta bus.
“TransJakarta will prevent entry and use of TransJakarta facilities for people suspected of having carried out actions that interfere with the safety and comfort of customers,” said Head of the TransJakarta Corporate Secretary Division, Anang Rizkani Noor, Friday (8/7).
Anang said the man was then handed over to the police for further action. TransJakarta states that it does not tolerate any form of action that disturbs and disturbs the safety and comfort of customers.
He said the man was arrested while using the TransJakarta service. The man was arrested because he was reported to have committed immoral acts on public transportation.
“The success of this security is the result of the TransJakarta Security Team’s alertness to follow up on public reports on social media,” said Anang.
