The Argentine authorities announced today, Saturday, the arrival of an Argentine Airlines plane at Bistarini Airport from Moscow, carrying a new batch of the Russian “Sputnik V” vaccine against the emerging corona virus.
Argentine Health Minister Carla Visotti revealed that the plane was carrying 300,000 doses of the second component of the vaccine.
And “Sputnik V” became the first anti-corona virus vaccine to arrive in Argentina, where the Russian Direct Investment Fund had signed a deal with Buenos Aires to supply 10 million doses of the vaccine to Argentina.
