Arena Robinson Repubblica, More books, more free: today’s program 10 December

There was a huge crowd at Arena Robinson Repubblica: hundreds of readers crowded the stand at the small and medium publishing fair Più Libri liberi. Sold out meetings, with the audience, often very young, sitting on the floor to listen to meetings dedicated to feminist battles and fantasy, to rights and comics, to Circe (the new edition of Madeline Miller’s bestseller is on sale on newsstands and at the stand) and to great literature.

Today, the last day at the Nuvola, the key event is the debate between the director of Repubblica Maurizio Molinari and the columnist Corrado Augias who, starting from Molinari’s book Disputed Mediterranean (Rizzoli), will analyze the major international scenarios.

It starts at 12 with the director of Più librissimi liberi Chiara Valerio who will give a lecture on the writer Fleur Jaeggy. Here it is at 12.30 the profound comedy of Antonio Rezza and Flavia Mastrella and Valerio Lundini. At 1.30 pm the writer Erri De Luca will arrive and talk about his relationship with ancient Hebrew. At 3pm the philosopher Ilaria Gaspari will be here for the lectio on Circe. Outside the Arena, at 11am Vittorio Sgarbi will talk about Michelangelo; Zoro arrives at 12, while at 3pm Chiara Valerio is there with the editor Teresa Cremisi and the creative director of Dior Maria Grazia Chiuri.
