Application Livin’ Error All Day, Bank Mandiri Finally Opens Voice

VIVA – PT Mandiri Bank (Persero) Tbk finally opened its voice in response to the protests of its customers, who complained about the error-nya application Livin‘ owned by Bank Mandiri since Friday morning, February 25, 2022.

Bank Mandiri’s Corporate Secretary, Rudi Asaturridha, apologized on behalf of the company to its customers.

“We apologize for the customer inconvenience. Due to the very high increase in transactions and the impact on the increase in queues at the Livin’ by Mandiri service, we can convey that currently customer transactions can be carried out in stages,” said Rudi in his statement, Friday 25 February 2022.

Rudi also advised his customers to use other feature options in terms of services provided by Bank Mandiri other than Bank Mandiri’s Livin’ service, which was experiencing the disruption.

“You can still make transactions using other Bank Mandiri banking services such as Bank Mandiri ATMs, e-money, Mandiri Debit and Mandiri Credit Cards,” he said.

It is known that the Livin’ by Mandiri application has become a trending topic on Twitter today, because netizens complained that they could not access the application. The keyword Livin’ currently has reached 14.9 thousand tweets.
