Apple patent shows iMac with screen and keyboard in one piece of curved glass | NOW

Apple has applied for a patent for a computer with a keyboard, touchpad and screen in one curved piece of glass. Patently Apple was the first to find the patent.

This may be a design for a future iMac. Some variants of the design show a keyboard that can be removed.

The computer would consist of a transparent material that could be made opaque with coloring or other techniques. Furthermore, Apple describes a function with which a MacBook can be connected to an iMac and the possibility to make the computer foldable.

Tech companies regularly submit ambitious patent applications. This does not necessarily mean that the patented designs are taken into production.
