Nas, carabinieri and local police checks continue in commercial establishments, in particular in the Oltretorrente area, where inspections were carried out to verify the application of the legislation in place for the containment of the Covid-19 contagion.
In the course of the activity, in a shop there were hygienic and sanitary deficiencies and the absence of products for hand sanitation and the appropriate signs at the entrance to the room. An administrative fine was imposed on the legal representative.
In four other rooms, various non-compliance with the provisions on containing the infection of the virus were found.
In particular, the provisions relating to the consumption of beverages and food in the absence of tables at unauthorized hours or in the immediate vicinity of the business by customers were not respected.
The four legal representatives were fined 400 euros, the business was closed for five days and reported to the Prefecture. It is a business of selling ethnic food products.
The military also checked gyms, swimming pools and sports clubs, again to ensure the full implementation of the measures to contain the contagion from Covid-19
Health and hygiene checks in a gym have ascertained the non-compliance with the provisions of the protocol of the Emilia Romagna Region, relating to the failure to sanitize the gymnastic equipment and the management of clothing in the changing rooms.
The legal representative, a 55-year-old Italian, received a fine of 400 euros as well as the suspension of the activity for three days with reporting to the Prefecture.
