Fortunately, the fire brigade was on site quickly – only windows of the school building were damaged, but the fire did not spread to the school. The fire occurred around midnight, but thanks to a resident who had reported the fire, the police and fire brigade were quickly on site and the fire was extinguished around 20 minutes after it broke out.

The Sulzbacherin, who had alerted the emergency services, had also observed the alleged perpetrators: According to the police, these are two people dressed in dark. The police estimate the age of the alleged arsonists to be less than 60 due to the speed of the perpetrators. The perpetrators have not yet been captured, but the officers have checked several people near the crime scene.
