In Lithuania, infection of the new coronavir was confirmed in 91 people last day, the Ministry of Health said on Thursday.
A total of 4,784 people have been diagnosed with the virus in the country, and recovery has been confirmed for 2,424 people.
6973 analyzes were performed last day, thus 1.3% of tests were positive. A total of 781,960 analyzes were performed in Lithuania.
19 cases are related to the outbreak at Kaunas Musical Theater, with a total of 43 cases. Five cases are related to the game of hockey in Elektrėnai. Another four cases are related to the outbreak at Radviliškis Hospital, which involves a total of 139 cases.
The disease caused by the virus Covid-19 claimed the lives of 92 people in Lithuania, but another 19 people infected with the virus had a different cause of death. No deaths were recorded during the previous day.
According to the Lithuanian National Center for Public Health, the 14-day cumulative number of infections per 100,000 population on September 30 in Lithuania is 45.8.
