A man was arrested on the evening of Sunday 9 October in Anglet. He tried, from his window, to scare young people considered noisy. His weapon, not being loaded, is the subject of an alternative measure to the accusation
Police intervened on Sunday 9 October around 10:05 pm, rue du Bois-Belin in Anglet, for a man brandishing a weapon from the fourth floor of his building. It was in fact an alarm gun, with which he intended to scare young people gathered at a bus stop and deemed too noisy.
The drunk man fired into the air after repeatedly asking them to shut up. His testimony agrees with that of the victims: his shot was blanks. He is the subject of an alternative measure to the prosecution.
