Tangerang Police Chief, Kombes Pol Kombes Pol Wahyu Sri Bintoro said the perpetrator whose house was not far from the victim’s residence, entered Grandma R’s house at around 05.00 WIB on the same day, when the perpetrator MB was arrested.
At that time, the grandmother was alone in the house, because her son, RS (28) was out buying nasi uduk for breakfast.
“The alleged perpetrator saw the door of the victim’s house open slightly, then the perpetrator entered immediately took the victim to the room and then raped, the victim was in a state of helplessness,” said the Tangerang Police Chief, Kombes Pol Kombes Pol Wahyu Sri Bintoro, in an official release, Saturday (19/19). /7).
The victim’s son finished buying nasi uduk and went home and saw the perpetrator MB coming out of his mother’s room. Suspicious of MB’s behavior, he checked the condition of his elderly mother.
On the same day, Thursday, June 17, 2021, the victim’s child, knowing that his mother was raped by MB, then reported it to the police. Not long after, the perpetrator was arrested and taken to the Mauk Police Station.
“The victim’s child found the victim in a state of not wearing pants, on the victim’s pants there were stains or liquid similar to sperm, suspected of being the perpetrator’s sperm,” he explained
The victim’s child came to the police with the head of the RT, neighbors and local community leaders. The perpetrator is now behind bars. As a result of his actions, MB was threatened with imprisonment for 12 years.
“To account for his actions, the perpetrators were charged with Article 285 and or 286 of the Criminal Code with a threat of 12 years in prison,” he explained.
