Anger over Corona aid: That is what the head of the chancellery promises hairdresser

Dortmund –

Emotional post from a hairdresser from Dortmund. Bianka Bergler is facing financial ruin. Now she is speaking with an appeal on Facebook about the corona policy.

  • Hairdresser Bianka Bergler from Dortmund torments existential fears
  • Her salon has closed due to the corona and she has no more money
  • Now Chancellor Braun is responding to her call for help

Bibi is already crying at the beginning of the emotional video. Only with an effort does she manage to control herself.

Hairdresser from Dortmund with an emotional Facebook video

“Good morning”, she greets the people who want to watch her video on Facebook – politely and friendly as you know the hairdresser in her salon in Dortmund, despite all the suffering that is obviously plaguing her.

It’s about nothing less than her existence, Bianka Bergler makes that more than clear in her five-minute video.

Bergler runs a hairdressing salon in Dortmund, “with five wonderful employees,” as she herself says.

Bianka Bergler: “My fuse has expired”

But the joy in your work, in your small company, in the employees, in the customers has become increasingly an overwhelming burden in the Corona period. “My fuse has expired”, Bergler describes drastically.

A call she made to the job center immediately before the video was recorded has finally brought the barrel to overflow.

Every day she looks fearfully at her personal and business accounts. But the situation is becoming more and more threatening. In the meantime it has slipped into the red with several thousand euros.

Dortmund hairdresser complains: No Corona aid arrived

“We still haven’t received any help,” reports Bianka Bergler with tears in her eyes. Bridging aid has not yet been received by her. There is no immediate help program.

She couldn’t even pay her rent anymore. Her landlord thankfully met her and showed himself to be helpful, so that she does not have to transfer the upcoming monthly rent yet.

The worst thing for the Dortmund salon operator is the responsibility towards her employees.

“My employees know that I cannot prepay because there is no help. So my employees are waiting for their wages, ”reports Bergler, his face contorted with pain.

The desperate hairdresser was looking for help at the job center and complained about her suffering.

Jobcenter Dortmund leaves a desperate call cold

She pointed out that she had already submitted the application for Hartz IV on December 17, 2020 – this “unbureaucratic application”, which politicians had talked about in connection with the Corona aid, explains Bergler with an ironic undertone.

But even for the slightest sympathy, she was obviously at the wrong address at the job center. Instead, the “super empathic lady” (again an ironic undertone from Bergler) first became loud. To do this, Bergler had to turn to politics.

Hairdresser Bianka Bergler bursts her collar

Then the otherwise friendly hairdresser from Dortmund finally broke the hat collar.

“You know,” she explained to the job center employee, she would like to complain to the politicians, but all attempts that her professional guild would have made seemed unsuccessful.

“We wrote open letters, we wrote to Mr. Laschet, we wrote to Ms. Merkel, we wrote to TV stations, keyword ‘The guild stands up’, we set up petitions with signatures so that we can ***** *** get money quickly! “

The result? She is not the only businesswoman with her back to the wall.

Bergler continues: “Years after years we work hard, we take care of our employees and our customers, we don’t go on vacation and are always there, with full of love, and now we are being let down.”

Not an isolated case: tax advisor confirms existential fears

Bianka Bergler, a shocking case from Dortmund. But by no means an isolated case.

Tax advisor Michael Herdramm confirms to the WDR: “The dissatisfaction among clients is growing because the funds are gradually running out and existential fears arise. Due to the fact that the smaller clients are just not able to build up appropriate reserves and at the same time meet their fixed costs and pay their employees. “

Dortmund job center announces help for Bianka Bergler

When asked, the Dortmund job center agreed to process Bianka Bergler’s application as quickly as possible. For the hairdresser from Dortmund, one can only hope that this might happen just in time.

Corona help for hairdresser: Now the head of the Chancellery is in touch

Meanwhile, Chancellor Helge Braun has also spoken out. Across from RTL he explains how “startling and impressive” he finds the Dortmund woman’s video.

He is of the opinion that everything must now be done to ensure that the aid is paid out quickly. Braun: “We just said about the bridging aid that payments should be made quickly so that companies don’t get into such a difficult situation.”

He deeply regrets the situation of the master hairdresser, but it is necessary to comply with the applicable restrictions. All of Germany must pull together so that public life can be restarted as soon as possible. “The best financial help is of course when things start again,” said the head of the Chancellery.

Braun: That’s why the November aid has not yet arrived

Bianka Bergler had criticized in her emotional Facebook video that the November aid had still not arrived. According to Braun, this is due to a “very complex IT process”. However, he promised that he would deal with it.

On the subject of short-time work, Braun says: “Short-time work allowance – we were there in the past – I had the impression that it was paid out very quickly and worked well”. However, he admits that there are apparently deficits in this regard that he will investigate. Braun promises to deal with the Ministry of Labor.

One can only hope that the help will reach Bianka Bergler and all other hairdressers and companies that are similar to those in Dortmund again quickly and that their businesses can be saved from ruin. (jv / mie)
