André Hazes has been working hard on himself since the beginning of the corona crisis. The singer says to HLN train like a bodybuilder and not touch alcohol for three months.
“I eat my daily portion of fruit and say no to the wrong sugars and fats. I actually just do what the doctor prescribes for a healthy life. I did training before, but I ate wrong and you saw no difference,” said the 26-year-old singer.
Hazes trains twice a day and says he follows a bodybuilder’s schedule. “But I don’t want to get that muscular. It will depend on how long I will be at home. I will take this lifestyle into the future. I will keep it going for forty or fifty years now.”
The singer says that he has changed his life considerably now that he is at home a lot. “I want to be the best father there is. I enjoy quality time with my son André and wife Monique. And I want to get the best out of myself. For the first time in my life I have time for regularity. Normally I am always in a rush , a lot on the road and I live at night. Now I have turned a button, found a different lifestyle. “
