OTTAWA | Ottawa police finally announced that a four-year-old boy, who was the subject of an Amber alert on Tuesday, was found unharmed.
Missing around 7:20 am Tuesday, the boy was finally found in the Toronto area with the assistance of local police.
The police have reason to believe that the child was abducted by his father. The latter was arrested by Toronto police.
This is the second Amber alert to be triggered in the country in the space of a week after that launched Thursday by the Sûreté du Québec to find two young girls from Lévis.
