Amazon is attacking Rossmann, Müller and Co.: Shipping fees will no longer apply to many products

Already in November, numerous new products were added on the US site Amazon.com in many areas from hygiene to technology to food. This is not unusual, every day Amazon customers have a large selection of products at their disposal.

But this time is a little different: According to their own statements, the category “under 10 dollars” comprises around 500,000 articles in 34 different categories. And there was particularly strong product growth there.

With the measure, the mail order company attacked the larger supermarket and drugstore chains in America and consequently also in Germany. Many of the new low-price products that the customer could buy individually and stress-free came from the “hygiene” category. Office items, clothing, toys, pet accessories and household items were also included in the new product range.

In Germany, too, there are now more and more products for a euro or less that can be easily ordered and delivered free of charge if you have an Amazon Prime subscription.-
