Vorarlberg’s own Johannes Tartarotti has signed a new contract with SCR Altach. Sports director Christian Möckel was able to agree with the 20-year-old on an expansion of his contract, which expires at the end of the season. The new contract term is not mentioned.

Tartarotti moved from the Vorarlberg Academy to the Rheindorf in summer 2016, where he made the final leap into the Bundesliga squad this season via the Juniors and a one-year loan to Wiener Neustadt. The Bregenzerwald has played 18 competitive games for the SCRA so far and was directly involved in seven goals (2 goals, 5 assist).

Christian Möckel, sports director: “We are very pleased that with Johannes Tartarotti we can retain a young Vorarlberg talent at SCR Altach in the long term. Johannes has become an important component in our offensive game in recent months. We are convinced that this development is far from over and that we will continue to enjoy it in the future. ”

Johannes Tartarotti: “I am very pleased that the contract extension worked and that I can also take my next development steps here at SCR Altach. I feel in good hands with the SCRA and I am proud to be able to play as a Vorarlberger in the only Vorarlberger club in the Bundesliga. My goal is to make a contribution so that the SCRA can continue to play football successfully in the future. ”
