Allegedly Received Gratification, KPK Chair Reported to Police

Indonesia Corruption Watch researcher, Wana Alamsyah, after complaining about the alleged receipt of gratuities in the form of discount helicopter rentals by the Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission Firli Bahuri to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police, Thursday (3/6/2021).

JAKARTA, KOMPAS – Indonesia Corruption Watch or ICW reported the alleged receipt of gratuities in the form of discount helicopter rentals by the Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission Firli Bahuri to the Indonesian National Police Criminal Investigation Agency, Thursday (3/6/2021). ICW obtained price comparisons from other flight service providers which showed that Firli’s discount was too far from the general price.

Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) researcher Wana Alamsyah, in Jakarta, Thursday, said he had filed a complaint about Firli’s alleged receipt of gratification to the Directorate of Corruption Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Department. The complaint was received by an officer named M Rendy.
