Russian Figure Skating Federation published on its official website the names of the members of the national team participating in the stages of the National Cup. There was no Olympic champion among them Alina Zagitova.
The Russian Figure Skating Cup this season will consist of five stages. The first one starts in Syzran (September 18-22). This is followed by Moscow (October 10-13), Sochi (October 23-27), Kazan (November 8-12) and again Moscow (December 5-8).
It is already known that two-time world champion Evgenia Medvedeva will perform at the first two stages – in Syzran and Moscow. Note that according to the results of the Russian Cup, the skaters will receive a ticket to the national championship.
