Ali B supports De Jonge in party leadership

Rapper Ali B supports the campaign of Hugo de Jonge for the position of leader of the CDA. The rapper encourages the Dutch to vote for him.

In a video that Hugo de Jonge shares on his Twitter account, we see Ali B arguing for De Jonge as party leader. In it he says: “I am Ali B and for me Hugo de Jonge is the ideal party leader for the CDA.” He continues in the video: “In fact, I dare say that when it becomes Hugo de Jonge, I will vote for the CDA for the first time in my life.”

In a Tweet on his account, Ali B let us know again to vote for De Jonge.

Friday told De Jonge in the broadcast of Beau: “The CDA is a broad people’s party, a party from the middle. Not out of embarrassment, but out of conviction. Gaps are bridged in the middle, solutions are found, people are brought together. ”

In 2009, the CDA was shocked at the rapper’s language use during a performance at a VMBO school in Vlaardingen. At the time, the party asked written questions about the performance to the Mayor and Aldermen in Vlaardingen. The language would stimulate drug and alcohol use, casual sexual contacts and frequent curses.
